Donna started managing and overseeing the rehab processes for several out of state banks early on in her career. Although she only works with licensed and bonded contractors, Donna has always had hands on approach to process management and ensuring that established deadlines are met. This approach to management holds true for personal, office, transaction, construction, property and REO management. Donna has assisted a local nonprofit based in Atlanta restore communities in despair by administering NSP funds that were allocated for renovating and reselling abandoned, foreclosed homes. With her background, experience working with talented REO resale and rehab teams was a natural progression. With the onset of the housing and financial crisis, Donna moved quickly to identify, develop and train a capable team to handle all phases of REO disposition including partnering with several general contractors for rehabbing properties. With team professionals specializing in each and every aspect of the REO disposition, Donna and the members of Atlanta REO Brokers went to work earning repeat business and word of mouth referrals in the industry. She continues developing relationships with banks, asset managers and local government officials. She has preserved managed, marketed and sold properties for a large number of institutions and continues to work for industry professionals around the country.
